Message: 10 YEARS TODAY!! And tonight there will be the biggest, brightest full moon in ages! HOW FITTING! Really -- per the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. "Supermoon rising in the east at sunset will appear 14% bigger and 30% brighter"! Too bad it won't rise over Manahattan Beach so it would reflect in the water, huh? ZOWIE! That's one big moon. It's doubtful I will be able to see it here in Idaho because the weatherman says it's may be snowing! So be on the lookout for the BIG MOON Cougs and tell me all about it. Pictures welcome!

Message: Wayne, back in the early 60's the pointed, spray starched bras would look like 2 ice cream cones & almost dangerous...and why, oh why did us girls wear our sweater backwards with the botton in the back?? Now, no matter how hard I try to get the same look, "the girls" just look like 2 traffic safety cones that only point "down." If I fell face-down, I'd be stuck in the mud. Now the only problem is underwires. Things have changed. I only wish that I'd bought stock in starch back in the 60's. Everything was starched. (petty slips, collars, bras.) and what's with that potato thingy? Just more starch if you ask me. (why do I think that JB will have something to say about all this)

Anyway, let all make a good effort to come out to cruise night. I would love to see a great turnout. Judy don't forget the spray starch!!!!!!!!

Message: Hey, Guys & Gals;Happy St. Paddy's Day. I celebrate my eleventh year of retirement today. It was between St. Paddy's or April Fools Day when I retired, I chose the later because it came a few days earlier. Still going strong & enjoying life, what's left of it LOL. Playing in a golf tournament with the wife and Dennis Campbell, his partner and 46 other people today, then Corned Beef & Cabbage & green beer for dinner at the club. Remember, If you do go partying, don't drink & drive, there are lots of free cab rides out there, you don't want a ride in a blac & white one, it's destination may ot be to your liking. We are lucky, all we will be driving is our Golf Cart. Jorge

Message: In 1992 as I was browsing through my El Molino (HHSconnection) I heard the Dan Quayle’s potato argument debated on the radio. Although potato is never spelled potatoe, the plural always adds the es because it ends in a vowel other than an e. Hero and other words follow the same rule. So Myrna, today you are the Cougar hero (heroine is out nowadays, right?) because you only used the plural form.
