Message: I recall lots of racing on 120th st. We lived there right across from Anza school.(5235)One night in 1966 or so the cops were chasing some fool westbound on 120th. There was pack of 15 or 20 cop cars and Harleys right on this guys tail. And they kept comin for another 10 minutes--police from every juristiction within 15 miles. As I recall the suspect crossed the railroad tracks at 100+mph and smashed into the NAA building at the end of the street. Was a fatality. There were skid marks all over the place from every one skidding to a stop. It was a sometimes crazy street between La Cienega and Aviation. Also having the circus come down the street every year was way cool! Best Wishes, RC73

Message: How do you just stop at Ralph's and meet a class of '69 person. Clark, you are becoming world famous. Reminds me when you and I went to the Vatican. We were standing in front of the Pope's balcony with, my guess 500 people as the Pope was to come out and bless us. I turn around and you were gone, I suspected a Cougar hunt was under way. Suddenly his Excellency appears with another figure, I look and can't believe it, it was Clark. Someone says who is that, another lady says that is Clark Millman, the first person said not the one in white. It's the Pope you dummy, He is the only person left in Italy, Clark hasn't asked if he was a Cougar. True story...maybe.

Message: I had to laugh at Robert Clobuckers post about racing on 120th back in the day under the freeway. Back in my day there was no freeway but still a lot of racing on 120th st. Also Highway Patrol with Brodrick Crawford opening scene was filmed on the old Imperial Highway in El Segundo back in 1955. You can still see that scene of the first show on the Internet.

Message: To Jim Dally: Sorry it took so long to get back to you. No, I do not know the Summers. However, though it may seem that "little" Twin Falls, Idaho is a one-horse town, it's big enough that you really don't know that many people. By any chance did any of them go to HHS? And by the way, thank you for the lovely compliment; not everyone would agree with you, I am sure! To Bobby Jensen: We're waiting for the exciting story Bobby! You tell us you have a great story and then disappear! What is that!!!??? And ABOUT Clark Millman: What do you think folks? Don't you think he rates a classier nickname? The guy really has a talent for finding Cougs ... how about SUPERCOUG instead of Cougar Stalker? Really Clark! I think you must have a winning personality to be such a prolific Cougar-finder! Kudos to you kid!!

Message: Channels such as ReelZ and METV show good reruns 24/7. I always recognize sites from Santa Monica to Long Beach and especially Hawthorne. There were a lot of an El Segundo alley in Mod Squad chase scenes. There's a boat load of $$$ for the cities and LA County when film crews want to be in your area. I also remember where the area Brian Wilson's house used to be was a popular location for crack house and grafitti scenery before the houses were moved or demolished. Among today's tv programs, NCIS Los Angeles films a lot around Venice, etc.

She would walk away fanning herself. They did this over and over. Scenes from Jackie Brown were filmed inside of the Cockatoo Inn. Speed was filmed on the still being constructed 105 Freeway. And although I didnÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢t see any airborne Mustangs, I did do a double take when I came upon horses, elephants, lions, tigers, sword- swallowers, and clowns. ThatÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢s the morning I learned of Ringling BrotherÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢s annual tradition of parading their animals from the rail cars at 120th and Aviation, to the Forum in Inglewood.

Message: Tom: Here's what little I know about the basketball coaches from the 70s: Coach Smith married your classmate, Carol Stellino and they had a few children. I saw them at Del Amo mall years ago when the kids were young. Coach T lives somewhere in the San Pedro area as a friend of mine at work sees him at a doughnut shop in Pedro periodically. Stucker was principal of a high school in Palm Springs years ago, have no idea where he is now.
