However, how come we haven't heard anything from "El Rojo Boy", since his Boy, "Hout" of the Boise Bronco's went down like a sack, when he took a cheap shot from that ex-football player "Blount". MAAAAN!!!, it's a good thing "Hout" is a football player and not a boxer, I think he has a glass jaw. Hey, LOL, Jake, just kidding that was really uncalled for and I'm glad the right decision was made to suspend him (Blount) for the season. I just hope they don't do like they do in the Pro's. and let him play, pending appeal.

Message: Hey, John Boy; Just got back in town voted for the Kids and noticed that there was only a 684 vote count to date. I know there are more people out there than that, that can vote. If you are worried about it raising your taxes, it won't, if that were the case I wouldn't vote for it either. It may cost you a few pennies more for a pair of running shoes but that's it. Let's get behind this thing and see if we can get some money from Nike or Adidas or whoever is sponsering this thing for the gifted kids.

Message: Hi John, I had some Cougar sightings at Little Company of Mary Hospital while I was a patient there this week. One of the ER techs name is Michael, didn't catch his last name, class of '86. My hospital roommate was Sandy Gibson , class of '77. Loretta Cuiper's niece , Lisa Ortega, was also working in ER. I think she would have been class of 2000. Message: I was visiting the local hospital for some therapy recently (physical not mental therapy!)and was talking to one of the office personnel somehow we got talking about Schwinn bicycles and the fact she bought her's from Phil's Bike Shop and I said "on Hawthorne Blvd?", low and behold she said yes and thus I have a Cougar siteing of Nancy Rose class of 1979. Message: Hey, Jim & John Boy; I don't usually get involved with things like voting for this or for that. However, back when I was with L.A. County Sheriff's SWAT, the Special Olympics was one of our major events that we were involved in. You can't believe the looks on those kids faces when they actually are able to compete in something. It doesn't matter if they win, it's a win, win for them to just do something on their own. They for the most part, don't remember if they win or not but they are happy all the time. So come on if an old crank like me can vote for something like this anyone can. Like John boy said, it only takes a few seconds.

Please take a minute - OK,OK, maybe two - to help Faelin keep her doors open to a great group of special kids! Together we can make a HUGE difference!! Please take a moment to vote online for The Sunshine Kids Club to win a grant from Nike to support programming in her community for kids with and without disabilities!!!
