Message: Hey Cindy, your memory serves you well. I did wimp out back in math class on asking you out, and I did admit to it in your El Molino. I have spent years in therapy because of this. But through therapy, I was able to define the reasons to justify my cowardice. At that time, I didn't own a car, have a job or any money. My parents weren't cool, or I would have asked you out for a sleep-over at our house. I realized after these many years of therapy, (drug and psycho) that I was actually the victim of overly oppressive parents, and was not a coward as some others or I might have believed. Because this has been such a major issue in my life though, my very understanding wife, has suggested that I finally ask you over for that sleep-over. So, what do ya say Cindy, Better late than never? Seriously though, all fantasies aside, you look great, and I hope all is well with you and yours, as is with me & mine.
Take Care, Craig

I seem to remember that we were in math class together and I also seem to remember you wrote something in my El Molino about 'shoulda asked you out' ... something like that? Remember that? Remember me? Hey I know I could have emailed that offlist but aren't embarrassing teenage high school memories part of the deal here? Hope you're doing well Craig! Geez, I sure hope MY memory is correct or would MY face be red....
John B, it's a powerful thing you do here that you can bring such sad memories together with such good happy memories and then watch the happy memories help us through the sad. Thanks for what you do.

I think the last time I was at Hal Cap field (is it still called that?) was my senior year. JB, are you going to post more details as the time draws near, such as are the alumni going to be in specific section, you know the old farts with the blankets, or is it each Cougar for themselves? So many questions! How much does it cost to go to a game nowadays? Have marked my calendar for the 7th, hope to see some old friends there and make some new "old" friends. Hope everyone is having a good week so far.
Hi Jill, Yes, I will get the particulars soon and post them on this page. I think it's about 5 bucks to get in and we will all sit in the same area. We'll probably hang a Cougartown banner in our area.

Message: COUGAR SITEING, was at the Honolulu Zoo the other day and was walking around admiring the beautiful animals and sipping on a slurpee. The weather was awesome as always and the crowd was growing by the dozens. We were all watching the little monkeys playing around on the little island they lived on when I looked over and saw a familiar face. I grabbed the beauty I was with and we went over to say hi cause I haven't had a Cougar Siteing in a long time. Finally when I got there I immediately looked at him and he stood there staring me down. I stared back and then all of a sudden he stood up turned around and proceeded to relieve himself on the pile of leaves he was lying in. I guess seeing another cougar so big scared him and he went back into his cave. Well that was my first cougar siteing. It just goes to show you that some cougars are more friendly than others. I found out the two legged ones are a whole lot nicer than the four legged ones.
Very funny Keith, now go back in YOUR cave.

Yes 63ers, please DO NOT miss your reunion. There is NO excuse for missing these special nights. People really don't care if you don't look exactly like did back then. They want to hear your voice and tell those great stories about cruising, dances, hangin out, parties, classes, teachers, etc. So please make every effort to be there. Missing reunions are like bad hangovers. You'll feel REAL bad the next day, but it's too late to do anything about it.

That will be unfortunate for seniors in years to come. One of the cool things about the old senior square is that it was in the middle of the action...
Hi Laura, I guess the later-era Seniors didn't utilize Senior Square the way we did, so the powers decided to make better use of the area. Time marches on.....
