Message: I think a business network of Coug's would be a great idea! I was surprised that I made the top ten of Cougar postings on feedback. I didn't think I had that much time on my hands, or much to say. I think half of those postings were to recruit alumni for the golf tournaments and most recently our class reunion. Knowing me though, most of it was just useless drivel! Hope everyone has a safe weekend.

Message: John - I'm glad you finally met the hunchback! Thanks for your visit - now Allie is wondering why King John left before she got home from school (non-drivers don't understand traffic :0)). The good news - George Key is still talking to me; the bad news- he hasn't read my last posting yet.
One more thing: Fellow Cougartowners what do you think about different tiers of membership - like $10 per year for each person but upgradable to a networking membership for those who have businesses that may do well with a bit of Cougartown marketing? Like a network directory of hometowners? We could Cougle for a landscape architect or a carpet layer or an engineer or whatever and come up with a business owner who is a member of Cougartown. I mean maybe $100 per year or something - I guess I'm trying to lure John into thinking of a way to make this wonderful v-town (v for virtual) a retirement venture that is worth taking up retirement time (when he's old enough to retire). I would also prefer to work with Hometown businesses when I need something done, and I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way. Two birds with one stone and all that...Comments?????

I also saw a lot of Geno Effler and Dirk Baily as we were all on the golf team. Hey Cougars stay tuned in my next post I will tell of a Cougar siting that I experienced that is UNBELIEVABLE!

Message: Wow, I can't believe how chatty I was way back in the early 1000 pages! I didn't expect to see my name on the list at all! Thanks John for all of your hard work here. You've changed lives. On a different subject, can I ask everyone a favor? With such a huge CT community and the power of prayer, manifestation, or whatever you believe in... can you all say one for me that I get MY computer back that was stolen from my house in a break-in last week? Insurance will cover replacing it but I need my work that was on it! I want MY computer back! They broke in in broad daylight and were interrupted by a neighbor so didn't get everything so I have to be thankful for that. AND thankfully I didn't come home from lunch and find them here. Thanks for listening and again John thanks for giving us Cougartown!

Message: I was so shocked and saddened to here of Pat's death. It immediately brought back many memories. Pat was the one who introduced me to all the fellas I hung out with throughout high school. Howard Duran, Kenny Blomsterberg, Bobby Bausman, Gary Persinger and the rest of the guys. I hadn't talked to Pat for many years but Howard keeps me up to date on most everbody. My wife Eileen and I offer our deepest sympathy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
